Bringing famous cheesecakes to consumers
SUGO has managed The Cheesecake Factory’s social media platforms since 2017. This includes creating content calendars, community management, engagement, customer inquiries and feedback.
SUGO has also planned and executed several shoots for image, video and GIF content creation intended for use on world-wide social platforms. SUGO has facilitated influencer collaborations to showcase fan-favourite menu items, including an influencer campaign featuring some of North Americas’s most popular influencers.
From its inception to today, SUGO has grown the number of followers for TCF from zero to 18,500 organically, with excellent engagement rates.
